At Lara Furniture UK, we are committed to delivering your modular furniture quickly, safely, and efficiently across the United Kingdom. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, charges, and important information regarding your orders.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom, including:
- Mainland UK addresses
- Selected areas in Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales (Some exclusions may apply—please contact us for clarification)
2. Delivery Timeframes
- In-Stock Products: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
- Custom Orders or Pre-Orders: These may take up to 4-6 weeks, depending on production schedules. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or via email.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods (holidays, promotions) or due to external factors such as courier delays.
3. Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery (Orders under £500): £99.99 flat fee.
- Free Delivery for orders over £3500 (UK Mainland only).
- For remote areas or special delivery requests, additional charges may apply. You will be informed prior to order confirmation.
4. Delivery Process
- We partner with trusted delivery couriers to ensure your furniture arrives in excellent condition.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details (if applicable).
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm (excluding bank holidays).
5. Delivery Guidelines
- Large or heavy items may be delivered kerbside or to the ground floor entrance of your property, unless a white glove service is specified and purchased.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access is available for the delivery team. Please measure doorways, hallways, and staircases to ensure the furniture can be delivered without issue.
6. Missed Deliveries / Redelivery
- If you are not available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date, our courier will attempt to contact you.
- Missed deliveries may incur redelivery charges, which will be communicated via email.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
- If an item is damaged or missing, report this within 24 hours by emailing orders@larafurniture.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable).
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Click & Collect

9. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international delivery. Orders placed on https://larafurniture.uk are for UK delivery only.
